  3. caned fruit: tasty, will last
  4. fresh water: no fresh water at sea
  5. scroggin: is real healthy
  6. crackers: tasty and healthy
  7. carrots: help you see in the dark
  8. berries: good for you
  9. tomatoes: they go a long time be for going off
  10. lollies: they are sweet and they give you energy
